I am building a portfolio website solely with animate edge and i have a quick question about centering your website when the stage is set to width=”100%”, how do you do it?
Also, is there a way to change the website background color? I only know how to manipulate the color of the stage and thus why i utilized the width=”100%” edit.
Thanks,
Grant

I would suggest using width=auto unless you have parent elements. You wouldn’t use width=100% to accomplish this. When you publish your Adobe Edge Animate project it goes in a div in an html document. Background color can be edited with css in any html editor you prefer. I have other Adobe Edge Animate tutorials where I explain how to do that.

I’m wondering if you could help me. First of all, I really like your tutorials, they are straight forward and to the point. They are great. I was wondering what program you would suggest I use to make personalized children’s interactive animated stories. I did it in indesign, and then the animations don’t work on a ipad, I then looked into doing it in Edge animate and then putting it into indesign. Is there an easier way? Is that the best way. Can i do like the whole book in edge and then put the whole thing in indesign and then use the DPS to make the app? Or am I totally going the wrong way with this?
